- Minimum 2 years verified front-of-house or concierge tenure in a recognized UAE luxury property
- Formal endorsement letter signed by Property General Manager or Front Office Director
- Comprehensive written examination on UAE destination geography and hospitality ethics (≥80%)
- Panel interview with the Executive Committee (ExCom)

Career Concierges Seeking International Investiture
- 5+ years verified luxury concierge service, including a minimum of 2 consecutive years in active standing with DCG
- Documented portfolio of exemplary VIP handling, guest commendations, and peer leadership

- Final review, evaluation, and badge approval by the National Board
